With nearly two decades of experience in cyber security, IT auditing, and technology, Sandeep is a seasoned practitioner with a passion for solving complex challenges. His career began at a Big 4 firm as an external IT auditor before joining Schuberg Philis, where he spent over 12 years establishing the internal audit department followed by building the commercial security services team.
Sandeep is deeply committed to advancing the field of IT auditing and security. As an active member of NOREA, the professional association of IT auditors in The Netherlands, he has co-authored authoritative papers such as DevOps in Control, Ransomware in Control, and DORA in Control, all aimed at equipping organizations to stay ahead of cyber risks and compliance demands. He also chairs the NOREA DevOps Working Group and DORA Taskforce, shaping best practices for the industry.
Beyond his professional roles, Sandeep regularly shares his expertise as a guest lecturer at Dutch universities. What drives him most is the opportunity to make a real difference—helping customers navigate complexity, mentoring future talent, and contributing to a stronger, more resilient digital world.
